The hotel itself was lovely, the staff was very helpful and kind, even when we had an issue with our room, they upgraded us to a better one without extra pay. The room with the LED's is definitely recommended and the bathroom was very unique. Overall a great experience especially because it's in a perfect spot in the city - walking distance from almost everything.

Skvělý zážitek v centru Václaváku! Přístup personálu nad očekávání. Moc příjemní, ochotní a vstřícní. Pokoj samozřejmě nádherný, tichý. Urcite jsme nebyli naposledy.

A very pleasant place to spend a few days in Prague. The room we were given was very good, spacious and lacked no detail. The staff was very friendly with us. The breakfast for us was very good, we did not miss anything, there was everything. We will definitely come back when we return to Prague.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Pytloun Hotel sehr genossen. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr freundlich und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Auch die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, so dass wir jederzeit wieder kommen.

Za nas s kamaradkou vse perfektni. Sice probihala rekonsrrukce, ale nemelo to zadny vliv na super kvalitu vseho. Snidane naprosto uzasna. Dekujeme

Outstanding Location and Service! Our family of 6 enjoyed a 3 night stay in July 2022 in two rooms that both had balconies with amazing views of Wenceslas Sq. The rooms were both well outfitted with the necessary amenities and the complementary breakfast and afternoon tapas were quite good and very much appreciated. The staff were very accommodating and overall service was great. The only downside was the fact that there were minor inconveniences due to the ongoing renovations. Will surely return on our next Prague trip. Thank you Pytloun Prague team.

Krásny dizajnový hotel s vynikajúcou polohou na Václavskom námestí. Raňajky fantastické, veľký výber. Určite sa ešte vrátime.

We arrived earlier than check in time and the staff were really accommodating and offered us a complimentary breakfast until our room was ready.we were shown to our room which was immaculately clean about 40 minutes later where everything was explained to us(LED lighting electric curtains air conditioning etc) the bed was really comfortable and gave us a good night's sleep.this hotel is a proper gem in the heart of the city less than 2 minutes walk from the metro station, the breakfast was exceptional with a fantastic choice of both hot and cold food and hot and cold beverages.To the management and staff we would like to say thank you to you all for a wonderful stay in the pytloun boutique hotel Prague, and hopefully it won't be long until we return for another stay with you.date of stay june 2022

The room is very confotable, the staff is very nice and the breakfast is excelent!

Points positifs : - l'emplacement est parfait - la chambre est super, propre, avec beaucoup de prestations et d'accessoires. - le personnel est gentil et arrangeant - le petit déjeuner est bon - les tapas à volonté permettent de faire quelques économies au niveau des repas - bon rapport qualité prix Le seul point négatif : le fait que la pièce commune pour prendre les repas / boissons n'ai pas de fenêtres.
